PEPTIDE CALCULATOR
Tell us what you have — we tell you exactly where to pull or how far to dial. For research use only.
Formula: target amount ÷ concentration = withdrawal volume in ml. The scale display is a mathematical conversion for documented laboratory work, not administration or dosage advice.
Formula: total material ÷ 300 scale increments = calculated material per increment. For validated laboratory protocols only; not administration or dosage advice.
Two formats for laboratory aliquots
We offer both: classic vials that you dissolve yourself with bacteriostatic water — and pre-filled pens, where mixing is not needed at all. That is why the calculator has two tabs. Pick the one that matches what is in front of you.
Vial
Freeze-dried powder. You add water, which sets the concentration, then draw your amount with an insulin syringe. More effort, but full control over the concentration.
The calculator gives you the mark on the syringe.
Pen
Pre-dissolved at a defined total concentration. The graduated dial supports reproducible laboratory dispensing. A compatible replaceable pen tip is included; the product is not intended for human use.
The calculator returns the calculated number of scale increments.
Using the calculator
Doing the maths by hand is easy to get wrong — a single misplaced decimal changes every subsequent laboratory aliquot. The calculator turns the inputs into a calculated scale value.
Tab “Vial & Syringe”
- 1Pick your syringeChoose the size you actually have in front of you — 0.3 ml, 0.5 ml or 1.0 ml. The scale in the result adapts and shows exactly your markings.
- 2Enter the vial amountThe total amount in milligrams is on the label and in the batch certificate of analysis.
- 3Set your solventHow much bacteriostatic water you add determines the concentration. More water means larger, easier-to-read volumes — our vials hold up to 3 ml.
- 4Read your resultYou get concentration, draw volume and the mark to pull to. If the value falls between two marks, the calculator suggests a solvent amount that makes it land exactly on one.
Tab “Pen”
- 1Pick your pen strengthThe total amount is printed on the pen. It determines how many clicks make up one milligram — 20 on a 15 mg pen, only 10 on a 30 mg pen.
- 2Enter the amount — doneYou get the number of scale increments, the share of the pen and the calculated number of equal laboratory aliquots. Above 60 increments, the calculator shows the mathematical split.
Vial: step by step
- Prepare: Remove the flip-off cap, wipe the rubber septum with an alcohol swab and let it dry.
- Add solvent slowly: Direct it down the inner wall rather than forcefully onto the lyophilized powder, subject to the validated protocol.
- Swirl gently: Roll the vial between your palms until everything has dissolved. Never shake — that destroys the peptide structure.
- Storage: temperature, light protection and usable period depend on substance, formulation, solvent, concentration, container and batch. The label and product-specific stability data are authoritative.
Pen: step by step
- No reconstitution: The pen is pre-dissolved at a defined total concentration. Check the label and laboratory protocol before dispensing.
- Prime once: Before the first laboratory withdrawal the pen is briefly primed. As soon as a drop appears it is vented — priming further only wastes material. An air bubble in the cartridge is normal by design.
- Set the scale value: A full pen comprises 300 increments, with a maximum of 60 per dial cycle. Verify calculations against the label before use.
- Storage: follow the product label and batch-specific documentation; no single temperature rule applies to every pen variant.
Why precision matters
Whether it is a mark on the syringe or a click on the dial — that number is the reference point for every measurement that follows. If it is off, every figure in your documentation shifts with it and cannot be reconstructed cleanly later. That is why this calculator shows its work: the formula and intermediate values sit right below the result. Common questions are answered in the FAQ, and per-batch test reports are under certificates of analysis.
