What are these products intended for?
The products are intended exclusively for lawful laboratory and research use — not for human or veterinary use and not for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes. You confirm this research-only purpose at checkout. You are responsible for complying with the rules applicable at your location.
What is the purity level and how is it verified?
Purity information is product- and batch-specific. An HPLC report shows chromatographic purity measured under the stated test conditions; identity may additionally be examined by methods such as mass spectrometry. The Lab Reports page contains the reports actually published. Further batch documents are available where stated for the product.
How do you read a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for research peptides?
First check the product name, batch, laboratory, date and method. HPLC describes chromatographic purity using the chromatogram; MS can support identity through measured mass. A CAS number or product name alone does not establish identity. The tests required depend on the material and research purpose.
What does "lyophilized" mean and why is it beneficial?
Lyophilization removes frozen solvent under vacuum. It can improve stability compared with a solution, but it does not guarantee a uniform colour, a universal shelf life or room-temperature stability. The label, batch documentation and validated storage conditions control.
Which product belongs to which research area?
The catalogue is grouped into research areas such as GLP-1 agonists, metabolism & weight, regeneration & tissue, skin & inflammation, longevity & cellular energy, and growth hormones. 5-Amino-1MQ is a small-molecule research reagent, not a peptide. These groupings are solely catalogue navigation and are not recommendations for use.
What is the difference between vial and pen?
Depending on the product, vials contain lyophilized research material. Pens are prepared research containers with an integrated reservoir. Available formats and strengths change with the catalogue and are therefore shown authoritatively on each product card and product page.
Reconstitution & Storage
What do I need for reconstitution?
Use only a solvent and procedure suitable for the specific material and your validated laboratory protocol. Bacteriostatic water contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol, but it is not automatically compatible with every research material or experiment. Shelf life and multiple-withdrawal conditions are product- and protocol-specific.
How should I store products after reconstitution?
Stability after reconstitution depends on the substance, solvent, concentration, container, light, temperature and sterility. Follow the batch-specific documents and a validated laboratory protocol. No universal storage period or temperature applies to the entire range.
How should I store products before reconstitution?
Follow the storage statement on the label and batch-specific documentation. Lyophilization can improve stability but does not establish that every product is stable for 24 months at room temperature. Any material-specific temperature and light requirements take priority.
Ordering & Payment
How does ordering work — what steps are needed?
Choose a product and available variant → add it to the cart → enter delivery details → review the available shipping method → pay by card or SEPA transfer. Order information follows after submission. Payment status and the shipping confirmation with tracking are communicated separately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept SEPA bank transfer and credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express). Card data is tokenised directly by Basis Theory and is not stored as a complete card number or security code in our database. 3-D Secure is used when required by the payment flow or card issuer. Bank-transfer orders enter processing after payment is received.
Shipping & Delivery
How fast is dispatch and how long does delivery take?
Processing usually takes 1–3 business days after receipt of payment. The subsequent transit time shown at checkout is approximately 1–8 business days, depending on the destination and available shipping method. A tracking number is emailed after dispatch.
Is the packaging discreet and temperature-stable?
Orders are shipped in neutral outer packaging. Required transport and storage conditions depend on the specific product; lyophilization alone does not guarantee universal room-temperature stability. The label and batch-specific documentation control.
Do you ship within the EU and internationally?

Returns & Cancellation
Can I return or exchange products?
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Following valid withdrawal, we also reimburse the least expensive standard delivery offered; the consumer generally bears the direct return cost. Statutory exceptions for certain unsealed health or hygiene goods are assessed individually. Statutory defect rights remain unaffected; prompt notice with photos helps but is not a cut-off period. Can I cancel my order?
Before shipping preparation, we will try to stop the order operationally. Contact us immediately at support@glowup-peptides.com. Once in transit, technical cancellation is usually no longer possible; your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
