Concentration, total content and scale factor depend on the model and must be checked against the product label and documentation before use.
How ordering works
You add the material to the cart and enter the delivery address. Checkout then shows the shipping options available for that destination and delivery type, together with price and estimated transit time. Payment is by credit card or SEPA bank transfer: with bank transfer, right after ordering you receive an email with the full bank details and your order number as the payment reference.
After receipt of payment is confirmed, we normally process and pack the order within 1–3 business days; the carrier transit estimate shown in checkout is additional. Price and carrier are calculated there for the destination and delivery type. Standard shipping is free from €150 in regular delivery regions; special and additional charges remain payable. Outer packaging is neutral.
