TB-500 – Thymosin Beta-4
Our TB-500 is full-length, synthetically produced Thymosin Beta-4 with the 43-amino-acid sequence of mature natural Tβ4. It is explicitly not the short Ac-LKKTETQ fragment that is also sold under the TB-500 name. The full-length peptide is supplied as a lyophilizate for controlled laboratory experiments.
TB-500 in Research
In preclinical research, TB-500 is studied in the context of cell migration, angiogenesis and regeneration processes at the tissue level. The purity and identity of the peptide are decisive for meaningful study results.
Purity, Analysis & Handling
The Lab Reports page shows whether a report is published for a specifically identified TB-500 sample or batch; only the methods and measured results stated there are authoritative. Solvent, reconstitution and storage must suit the material, label and validated laboratory protocol. Background is available in the TB-500 article; the laboratory calculator performs mathematical concentration and volume calculations only.

The TB-500 Pen – Pre-filled Research Format
The TB-500 Pen is pre-filled with full-length synthetic Thymosin Beta-4 (43 amino acids), not the short Ac-LKKTETQ fragment. Unlike the vial, no reconstitution with bacteriostatic water is required; the desired amount is set via the graduated dial.
Laboratory Handling & Dispensing
Before the first laboratory withdrawal, the pen is briefly primed, after which you dial in the desired amount for each laboratory withdrawal. A matching pen needle is always included.
| Amount | Clicks on dial |
|---|---|
| 1 mg | 30 |
| 2.5 mg | 75 (60 + 15) |
| 5 mg | 150 (60 + 60 + 30) |
| 7.5 mg | 225 (60 + 60 + 60 + 45) |
| 10 mg | 300 full pen |
The dial turns to a maximum of 60 clicks per setting — set larger amounts in several steps. For very small amounts (below 1 mg), work out the exact clicks in the pen calculator.
Purity & Quality
Available analytical certificates apply only to the batch, sample and test method named in each report. For detailed background on the compound, see the TB-500 article; the laboratory calculator is limited to mathematical concentration and volume conversions.
