Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our facility in Austria. At checkout you see the options from DPD and/or Austrian Post available for the destination, postcode and delivery type, together with price and estimated transit time. All parcels are sent in neutral outer packaging. The tracking number is emailed after dispatch.

Shipping Costs by Country

Shipping costs depend on destination, carrier and, where applicable, postcode. DPD is offered in the countries shown below; Austrian Post is offered only for Greece, Malta and Cyprus. Shipping is free from a merchandise value of €150 after discounts in regular delivery regions. The separately stated rates for islands and remote special regions apply regardless of order value.

Islands & Remote Regions

The stated shipping rate for the islands and remote regions below also applies from a merchandise value of €150. The postcode determines the rate. Estimated transit time is shown at checkout; island delivery can take longer.

We do not deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta/Melilla, French overseas territories, the Faroe Islands, Greenland, or the special territories of Åland, Heligoland, Büsingen, Mount Athos, Livigno and Campione d’Italia. Orders to these destinations are unavailable at checkout. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address, our support team is happy to help.

After shipping, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Check the current status of your order anytime on our order tracking page.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination country. For islands and remote regions, delivery may take longer due to island delivery. Glow Up Peptides is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
