General Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&C") apply to all orders placed through the Glow Up Peptides online shop (hereinafter "we", "us"). By placing an order, you fully accept these T&C. Deviating conditions of the buyer are not recognized unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.

§ 2 Intended Use

All products sold by Glow Up Peptides are intended exclusively for laboratory research purposes. They are not intended for human consumption, medical application, diagnostic purposes, or use on living organisms. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You will use the purchased products solely for scientific research purposes.
• You possess the necessary qualifications and expertise for handling research peptides.
• You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

§ 3 Contract Formation

The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By submitting your order, you make a binding purchase offer. Acceptance of this offer is made through our order confirmation email or through delivery of the goods.

§ 4 Prices & Payment

All prices are stated in Euros and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are listed separately and depend on the destination country (see shipping policy).

We accept the following payment methods:

• SEPA bank transfer
• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

Orders are only processed and shipped after full payment has been received.

§ 5 Shipping & Delivery

The shipping methods available at checkout depend on the destination. DPD is currently offered for most destinations; orders to Greece, Malta and Cyprus are currently sent with Austrian Post. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days after receipt of payment; subsequent transit time depends on the destination and parcel carrier. The applicable shipping method and price are shown before the order is placed. Details are available in our shipping policy.

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage generally passes only when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. This does not apply where the consumer independently commissions a carrier that we did not offer as a shipping option.

§ 6 Returns & Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. The statutory exception in Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU may apply to certain sealed goods where the goods are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons and the seal has been removed after delivery. Whether the exception applies is assessed for the specific goods and their actual seal; the flip-off cap alone is not represented as automatically qualifying as the statutory seal. A voluntary request to contact us first or to provide photos of transit damage does not limit the right of withdrawal or statutory rights concerning defective goods. Prompt notice merely helps us process the matter.

§ 7 Product Quality & Warranty

The applicable specifications are the product- and batch-specific information and the test reports published or supplied on request for the relevant batch. An HPLC result describes chromatographic purity measured under the stated test conditions; it does not automatically replace identity testing. Statutory rights relating to goods that do not conform to the contract remain unaffected.

§ 8 Liability

We have unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and in all cases of mandatory statutory liability. For a slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to foreseeable loss typical for the contract. Liability for other slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights and claims concerning goods that do not conform to the contract remain unaffected. Liability for damage arising from use contrary to the product information is governed by these statutory standards.

§ 9 Data Protection

We process your personal data exclusively in accordance with the GDPR. Detailed information can be found in our privacy policy.

§ 10 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

The laws of the Czech Republic apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence shall additionally apply. For consumers, the mandatory place of jurisdiction is the consumer's place of residence pursuant to Articles 17 and 18 of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 (Brussels Ia Regulation). Otherwise, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the company.

§ 11 Severability Clause

Should any provision of these T&C be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely approximates the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
