Vials can be returned with their protective cap unopened and intact. We do not offer voluntary returns for pens because possible tampering after delivery cannot reliably be ruled out. CJC & IPA: Composition and the important DAC distinction
The 10 mg blend contains 5 mg CJC-1295 without DAC and 5 mg ipamorelin. The exact molecular variant is essential when interpreting the literature.
Describing two components separately
Ipamorelin was experimentally characterized as a growth hormone secretagogue. The paper reports pharmacological experiments and receptor comparisons for the individual molecule. It does not investigate the finished 5 mg/5 mg blend offered here.
Why “without DAC” matters
The frequently cited CJC-1295 study in healthy adults investigates a long-acting GHRH analogue approach. Its findings cannot be transferred unchanged to the version without DAC. In particular, identical persistence or time-course curves cannot be inferred.
10 mg is the sum
The catalogue’s 10 mg means 5 mg plus 5 mg, rather than 10 mg of each component. The vial is a finished blend; the pen is the pre-filled format of the same compound combination. Total amount, mixing ratio and volume must be read separately.
Analytically assessing mixtures
A blend requires consideration of both component identities, their individual contents and formulation stability. Total content or a study of one component does not establish these properties. Relevant batch and formulation documentation remain authoritative.
